In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask you carefully review these general pre and post care instructions specific to the service you are interested in. If you have any questions about these instructions, please discuss them with your service provider prior to your appointment. Failure to follow the instructions may affect your treatment outcome.

To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Should you not arrive for your scheduled reservation, or cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your reservation, you will be charged half of the treatment price for spa services (for 1st time). Any late cancellations afterward will be charged the full price of spa services. For Medical Aesthetics Treatments, should you not arrive for your scheduled reservation, or cancel within the 24‑hour period prior to your service, you will be charged.
Elite Skin and Body MD accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash. We also offer CareCredit and Cherry Payment Plans to cover the cost of treatments, retail, and more. For Products: Unused and unopened items may be returned within seven days of the original purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment. Due to sanitary concerns and to protect our clients, we will not accept open or used products. If your purchase was made more than seven days prior or has been opened/used, please contact us directly to discuss your options at [email protected]. Please note that this returns policy only applies to products purchased at our spa.
We ask all of our clients: For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff: babies, toddlers, and children are not permitted to accompany an adult during service or to the relaxation lounge and must be accompanied by another adult if waiting in the outer lobby area. We are happy to reschedule your reservation to a date and time that childcare is secured. Children ages 17 and under must have a parent or guardian in the spa throughout the duration of their treatment. The client and the parent/guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence. All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, so as not to disrupt our other clients. Elite Skin and Body MD reserves the right to terminate any service at any point if we feel that the child is interrupting other clients’ relaxation.
How to prep for treatment in general lash lift dermaplane, microderm, chemical peel lamprobe, microneedling, hydrafacial, and waxing?
We do ask guests arrive at the spa at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your set appointment time. This allows time to find parking (we share with the rest of Vintage Park!). Fill out any necessary paperwork for your services, use the restroom, and settle in before your treatment starts. We recommend that you come in with clean skin (no products) to ensure that your treatment is fully optimized. Bring any questions and concerns that you have. Then get ready to relax and enjoy yourself!
